These calming modalities will help to increase deep relaxation throughout the entire system of the body. Decreasing the bodies stressful state can help to strengthen the immune system, relieve muscular tension and chronic pain, decrease inflammation throughout the body, enhance mental clarity, while reducing cortisol (the bodies stress hormone) as well as chronic stress patterns. Therefore, improving overall quality of life through nervous system regulation.
Studies show that about 75%–90% of diseases are caused by chronic stress. Being able to regulate stress levels through deep relaxation techniques helps to encourage the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) to be the main system in use, while supporting the central nervous system in maintaining a healthy balance with the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight).
These deep relaxation techniques provide a calming and peaceful approach designed to help reduce overall tension and encourage central nervous system regulation.

CranioSacral Therapy is a whole-body treatment technique that works with the body’s CranioSacral system, using about 5 grams of pressure to support and nourish the central nervous system, improving overall health and well-being. This therapy helps unwind and alleviate stress throughout the entire body. Clients remain fully clothed.

Policies and Procedures:
Arrival to your session:
Clients please arrive to your appointment 10-15 minutes early to fill out the necessary client forms and to prepare for your session without being rushed therefore, ensuring the utmost relaxation prior to treatment.
Cancellation Policy and Fees:
When life happens and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please notify the office 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
Any cancellations within less than 24 hours of notice require a $50 fee for sessions $50 and higher. A cancellation for sessions lower then $50 require a $25 fee. For sessions lower than $25 require a $15 fee.
A credit card is required to have on file to reserve your session.
Late Arrival: Late arrivals may not receive extension to scheduled appointment. The original reservation fee will be charged.
No Show Policy: Clients that do not call in advance will be charged the full reservation fee.
Informed Consent: Each session will be discussed with you prior to treatment including draping policy. New clients will be required to sign the treatment consent forms.
Session Termination: Only professional services for relaxation purposes are offered here at soul point wellness. Any form of inappropriate conduct will be terminated immediately. This includes, sexual advances or requests, threatening language and behavior, disrespectful actions or advances. If the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol the session will not be conducted. Full payment is still required for the session if any of the above occurs. The above is not limited.
